<dd>Only codes with the specified dose form
will be returned. If NULL, descendant codes will be returned regardless
of dose form. Use 'availableDoseForms()' to see the available dose forms in the database,
or 'associatedDoseForms()' to see the associated dose forms in a codelist.</dd></dl>
