This function resets the <em>DALY Calculator</em>

  and loads one of the two built-in DALY calculation examples
  (through <code><a href="/link/readDALYdata?package=DALY&version=1.3.0" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="DALY::readDALYdata">readDALYdata</a></code>):
