spec_result_clear_result function

<p><code>dbClearResult()</code> frees all resources associated with retrieving
the result of a query or update operation.
The DBI backend can expect a call to <code>dbClearResult()</code> for each
<code><a rd-options="=dbSendQuery" href="/link/dbSendQuery()?package=DBItest&version=1.5-2&to=%3DdbSendQuery" data-mini-rdoc="=dbSendQuery::dbSendQuery()">dbSendQuery()</a></code> or <code><a rd-options="=dbSendStatement" href="/link/dbSendStatement()?package=DBItest&version=1.5-2&to=%3DdbSendStatement" data-mini-rdoc="=dbSendStatement::dbSendStatement()">dbSendStatement()</a></code> call.</p>
