get_transition_probability

Compute p(A,X|B,Y,d), the conditional probability of seeing a replacement from A to B
given the previous replacement B from Y at nodal distance d

R codes for distance based cell lineage reconstruction. Our methods won both sub-challenges 2 and 3 of the Allen Institute Cell Lineage Reconstruction DREAM Challenge in 2020.
