Produce histogram of the allele frequency within sample.

Value

histogram

Arguments

obsWSAF

Observed allele frequency within sample

exclusive

When TRUE 0 < WSAF < 1; otherwise 0 <= WSAF <= 1.

title

Figure title, "Histogram 0<WSAF<1" by default
