save_graph: Function to save a graph

Description

This function saves a graph produced with Diderot. The resulting structure is actually a graphml file and can thus be exported to third party software.

Usage

save_graph(gr, filename)

Arguments

gr

Graph object to save.

filename

File to save the graph to.
