communityTotalWeight: communityTotalWeight(community)

Description

Get the sum of weights of all edges of the given community from the selected post processing algorithm or the main algorithm, after the last iteration.

Usage

DynComm.communityTotalWeight(dyncomm,community)

Arguments

dyncomm

A DynComm object, if not using the inline version of the function call

community

The name of the intended community

Value

a floating point number with the weight
