Usage

PlotExp(NormalizedData, Conditions, Name)

Arguments

NormalizedData
Expression data after adjusting for library size factors
Conditions
sample conditions
Name
name of the gene/isoform of interest

Value

  • PlotExp() funtion will generate line plots for genes or isoforms of interest.
