'PlotPostVsRawFC' helps the users visualize the posterior FC vs FC in a two condition study.

Usage

PlotPostVsRawFC(EBOut, FCOut)

Arguments

EBOut

The output of EBMultiTest function.

FCOut

The output of PostFC function.

Value

A figure shows fold change vs posterior fold change.
