plot.fboxplot

One of the following "ggplot2" or "basic" or "fv".
For "ggplot2", a plot with a coloured envelope ribbon is provided. Requires R library ggplot2.
The option "basic" (default) offers a very basic plot.
The option "fv" utilizes the plot routines of the function value table <code><a rd-options="spatstat" href="/link/fv.object?package=GET&version=0.2&to=spatstat" data-mini-rdoc="spatstat::fv.object">fv.object</a></code>,
available only for <a rd-options="" href="/link/spatstat?package=GET&version=0.2" data-mini-rdoc="GET::spatstat">spatstat</a>-specific cases.

plot_style

Logical. If TRUE, then instead of envelopes a dot plot is done.
Suitable for low dimensional test vectors.
Default: TRUE if the dimension is less than 10, FALSE otherwise.

dotplot

Logical. If TRUE, then the functions outside the functional boxplot are drawn,
together with a label (= index in the set of functions).

outliers

The color for the boxplot bounds. Default 2 (red).

bp.col

The color for the central region bounds.

cr.col

Additional arguments to be passed to <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/plot.global_envelope?package=GET&version=0.2" data-mini-rdoc="GET::plot.global_envelope">plot.global_envelope</a></code>.

Plot method for the class 'fboxplot'

Implementation of global envelopes for a set of general d-dimensional vectors T
in various applications. A 100(1-alpha)% global envelope is a band bounded by two
vectors such that the probability that T falls outside this envelope in any of the d
points is equal to alpha. Global means that the probability is controlled simultaneously
for all the d elements of the vectors. The global envelopes can be used for graphical
Monte Carlo and permutation tests where the test statistic is a multivariate vector or
function (e.g. goodness-of-fit testing for point patterns and random sets, functional
analysis of variance, functional general linear model, n-sample test of correspondence
of distribution functions), for central regions of functional or multivariate data (e.g.
outlier detection, functional boxplot) and for global confidence and prediction bands
(e.g. confidence band in polynomial regression, Bayesian posterior prediction). See
