reality_mining_84

<p>Human contact data among <code>96</code> students of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), collected by the Reality Mining experiment performed in <code>2004</code> as part of the Reality Commons project. The dataset is a subset and an adaptation of the proximity dataset extracted and made public by KONECT (url provided below).</p>

Performs clustering on the nodes of an undirected binary dynamic network, by maximising the exact integrated complete likelihood. The greedy algorithm used is described in Rastelli, R. (2017) "Exact integrated completed likelihood maximisation in a stochastic block transition model for dynamic networks" <arXiv:1710.03551>.

reality_mining_84 function

<p>The object is a binary adjacency cube of size <code>[96x96x84]</code>. The time frames correspond to intervals of <code>4</code> hours. The entry <code>[i,j,t]</code> is equal to <code>1</code> if students <code>i</code> and <code>j</code> were physically close to each other in the time interval <code>[t-1,t]</code>. The dataset contains only the first two weeks of interactions. The full dataset is available in this package under the name <code>reality_mining_1392</code>.</p>
