sipSep2008

The object <code>sip2006_2007</code> is an array of the sea ice probability
predicted from the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts
(ECMWF) ensemble converted to a Polar stereographic grid.
The object <code>sipSep2008</code> is an array of the proportion of ensemble
members that have sea ice concentrations of at least 15%. The predictions are
from the European Centerfor Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) ensemble
converted to the Polar stereographic grid.

(2017) <doi:10.1175/JCLI-D-17-0185.1> This package depends on the 'ncdf4' and 'rgeos' R packages. These packages require installing externally from R Unidata's 'NetCDF' library and Geometry Engine - Open Source ('GEOS'). (See the 'rgeos' and 'ncdf4' packages for details.)
