ScoreInd

This dataset is inspired by the simulation described in Hsu and Taylor,
Statistics in Medicine (2009) 28:462-475 with an additional DCO.time column

Multiple Imputation for Informative Censoring.
This package implements two methods. Gamma Imputation
described in <DOI:10.1002/sim.6274> and Risk Score Imputation
described in <DOI:10.1002/sim.3480>.
