make_newick

Create a newick for the given dataset.

Allow to visualise data on the NCBI phylogenetic tree as presented in Lifemap <https://lifemap.cnrs.fr/>. It takes as input a dataframe with at least a "taxid" column containing NCBI format TaxIds and allows to draw multiple layers with different visualisation tools.

<dd>A dataframe either enriched with by the build_Lifemap function or containing at least two columns :<ul>
<li>"taxid" containing NCBI format taxids</li>
<li>"ancestor" containing for each taxid, it's direct ancestor in the phylogeny</li>
