Plot Linkage Group Maps with QTLs

Install LinkageMapView by downloading the latest CRAN release:

install.packages("LinkageMapView")
library("LinkageMapView")

If you wish to install the latest developmental release

First install the devtools package.

install.packages("devtools")
library(devtools)

Then to install LinkageMapView:

devtools:: install_github("louellette/LinkageMapView",build_vignettes=TRUE)

Once installed:

library(LinkageMapView)

To see examples and parameter descriptions:

?lmv.linkage.plot
