##### Bandwidth for density() via Normal Reference Distribution

A well-supported rule-of-thumb for choosing the bandwidth of a Gaussian kernel density estimator.

`bandwidth.nrd(x)`

- A data vector.

##### Value

- A bandwidth on a scale suitable for the
`width`

argument of`density`
