check.parameters

The number of burn-in iterations for the sampler.

burnin

The number of MCMC iterations for the sampler.

mcmc

The thinning interval used in the simulation.  The
    number of MCMC iterations must be divisible by this value.

thin

String containing function name (with no parentheses).
    It is used to throw informative errors.

(Optional) tuning parameter for models that have a
    single Metropolis-Hastings tuning parameter.

tune

Check the simulation parameters to make sure they are
  appropriate. This is called by the MCMC* model functions.

programming

This package contains functions for posterior
  simulation for a number of statistical models. All simulation
  is done in compiled C++ written in the Scythe Statistical
  Library Version 0.4. All models return coda mcmc objects that
  can then be summarized using coda functions or the coda menu
  interface.  The package also contains some useful utility
  functions, including some additional PDFs and pseudo-random
  number generators for statistical distributions.
