outmatrix

The file to be written. This can include path information.

outfile

A logical that determines whether an existing file
    should be over-written.  By default, it protects the user from
    over-writing existing files.

overwrite

This function writes a matrix to an ASCII file that can be 
  read by the Sycthe Statistical Library.  Scythe requires that
  input files contain the number of rows and columns in the first
  row, followed by the data.

file

This package contains functions for posterior
  simulation for a number of statistical models. All simulation
  is done in compiled C++ written in the Scythe Statistical
  Library Version 0.4. All models return coda mcmc objects that
  can then be summarized using coda functions or the coda menu
  interface.  The package also contains some useful utility
  functions, including some additional PDFs and pseudo-random
  number generators for statistical distributions.
