toydata_selevs

Selected explanatory variables and tables showing forward model selection of
explanatory variables for distribution modeling of a small, synthetic data
set used in Halvorsen (2013). Each individual explanatory variable is
represented by a group of derived variables.

datasets

Tools for training, selecting, and evaluating maximum entropy
(Maxent) distribution models. This package provides tools for user-
controlled transformation of explanatory variables, selection of variables
by nested model comparison,  and flexible model evaluation and projection.
It is based on the strict maximum likelihood interpretation of maximum
entropy modelling.

  represent selected interaction terms between these explanatory variables.
