sim_jmb_predict

This function takes all the models listed in a folder and predicts the fit.

Multivariate joint models of longitudinal and time-to-event data based on functional principal components implemented with 'bamlss'. Implementation for Volkmann, Umlauf, Greven (2023) <arXiv:2311.06409>.

sim_jmb_predict function

<dd>Vector containing all the file names of the models.</dd>
<dt>wd</dt>
<dd>Path to simulations folder.</dd>
<dt>model_wd</dt>
<dd>Simulation setting folder where the models are saved.</dd>
<dt>data_wd</dt>
<dd>Simulation data folder.</dd>
<dt>rds</dt>
<dd>Objects are saved as .rds files (for backwards compatibility when
.Rdata files were used). Defaults to TRUE.</dd>
<dt>gamma_timeconst</dt>
<dd>Only implemented for timeconstant gamma predictors. If
FALSE a warning message is returned.</dd></dl>
