set_lambda_aqua_trace

Change the daily emergence parameter <code>lambda</code> for some times
and places. The parameter <code>lambda</code> is stored internally as a matrix so that <code>times</code>
and <code>places</code> are used to modify a submatrix, therefore the new value <code>lambda</code> should
either be a scalar value to update the entire submatrix or a matrix of <code>places</code> rows
and <code>times</code> columns.

Provides a framework based on S3 dispatch for constructing models
of mosquito-borne pathogen transmission which are constructed from submodels of various
components (i.e. immature and adult mosquitoes, human populations). A consistent mathematical
expression for the distribution of bites on hosts means that different models
(stochastic, deterministic, etc.) can be coherently incorporated and updated
over a discrete time step.
