Morpho

A toolbox for Morphometric calculations. Including sliding operations
for Semilandmarks, importing, exporting and manipulating of 3D-surface
meshes and semi-automated placement of surface landmarks. For gaining full functionality, the command line tools provided
on

have to be installed.

A toolset for Geometric Morphometrics and mesh processing. This includes (among other stuff) mesh deformations based on reference points, permutation tests, detection of outliers, processing of sliding semi-landmarks and semi-automated surface landmark placement.
