el_extract_strata_factor

<p>Looks for strata already materialized in the <code>survey.design</code> object.
When unavailable, attempts to reconstruct strata from the original
<code>svydesign()</code> call. When multiple stratification variables are supplied,
their interaction is used.</p>

Methods to estimate finite-population parameters under nonresponse that is not missing at
random (NMAR, nonignorable). Incorporates auxiliary information and user-specified response models,
and supports independent samples and complex survey designs via objects from the 'survey' package.
