OCN_to_SSN

In <code>OCNet</code> v1.2.0, this function is disabled following the archiving 
of the <code>SSN</code> package from CRAN (due to the retirement of <code>rgdal</code>). 
A new <code>OCN_to_SSN</code> function will be included in the next release of <code>OCNet</code>.

Generate and analyze Optimal Channel Networks (OCNs):
oriented spanning trees reproducing all scaling features characteristic
of real, natural river networks. As such, they can be used in a variety
of numerical experiments in the fields of hydrology, ecology and
