computePC: Perform principal components analysis on a correlation matrix

Description

This function calls the software GCTA to calculate the first 10 principal components from a correlation matrix (filename.grm.gz and filename.grm.id files are needed).

Usage

computePC(fullheader, idfile=idfile, gctaname = "gcta")

Arguments

fullheader
path to .grm.gz and .grm.id files
idfile
path to a file listing the subset of individuals to include in the principal components analysis (2 columns labeled: FID, IID)
gctaname
path to gcta executable
