Plot results of an ADMB MCMC simulation using various plot methods.

<dl> <dt>prefix</dt>
<dd>string name prefix of the ADMB project (e.g., <code>"vonb"</code>).</dd> <dt>act</dt>
<dd>string scalar: action describing plot type (current choices:
 <code>"pairs"</code>, <code>"eggs"</code>, <code>"acf"</code>, <code>"trace"</code>, and
 <code>"dens"</code>).</dd> <dt>pthin</dt>
<dd>numeric scalar indicating interval at which to collect records
 from the <code>.mc.dat</code> file for plotting.</dd> <dt>useCols</dt>
<dd>logical vector indicating which columns of <code>.mc.dat</code> to plot.</dd></dl>
