Input restrictions are:<ol>
<li>the <code>conc</code> and <code>time</code> must be the same length,</li>
<li>the <code>time</code> may have no NAs,</li>
</ol><code>NA</code> will be returned if:<ol>
<li>the length of <code>conc</code> and <code>time</code> is 0</li>
<li>all <code>conc</code> is 0 or <code>NA</code></li>
</ol>
