<p>The internal structure <code>raw_file_mapping</code> is written to the
file specified.
File is only created if mapping exists (in .$raw_file_mapping).</p>

Generates Proteomics (PTX) quality control (QC) reports for shotgun LC-MS data analyzed with the
MaxQuant software suite.
Reports are customizable (target thresholds, subsetting) and available in HTML or PDF format.
