plot: Plot Point Process Ground Intensity Function

Description

Provides methods for the generic function plot.

Usage

# S3 method for mpp
plot(x, log=FALSE, ...)
# S3 method for linksrm
plot(x, region, log=FALSE, ...)

Arguments

x

an object with class "mpp" or "linksrm".

region

scalar, specifies the required region.

log

plot \(\log \lambda_g(t|{\cal H}_t)\), default is FALSE.

...

other arguments.

#   Note that the plot function does not utilise the
#   information about mark distributions, hence these
#   arguments can be NULL
