getContribUrl,Package-method

Gets the URL(s) from where this package can be installed by first looking for comma or semicolon separated URLs
  at the optional <code>ContribURL</code> line in the <code>DESCRIPTION</code> file
  of the package. If no such line exists, <code>getUrl()</code> is used.
