Geographically projected <code>RasterStack</code> with the digital elevation model
(DEM) of the region of Navarre (Spain). The DEM was obtained from the
<a href="http://centrodedescargas.cnig.es/CentroDescargas/locale?request_locale=en#">National Center for Geographic Information</a>
of Spain. The DEM is used as a covariable in the Image Mean Anomaly (IMA)
algorithm (<code><a rd-options="" href="/link/genSmoothingCovIMA?package=RGISTools&version=0.9.7" data-mini-rdoc="RGISTools::genSmoothingCovIMA">genSmoothingCovIMA</a></code>).

Downloading, customizing, and processing time series of satellite images for a region of interest. 'RGISTools' functions allow a unified access to multispectral images from Landsat, MODIS and Sentinel repositories. 'RGISTools' also offers capabilities for customizing satellite images, such as tile mosaicking and image cropping.
