<code><a href="/link/gSocketReceiveMessage?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.24.1" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gSocketReceiveMessage">gSocketReceiveMessage</a></code> over UNIX sockets (ie: sockets in the
<code>G_SOCKET_ADDRESS_UNIX</code> family).
  
For an easier way to send and receive file descriptors over
stream-oriented UNIX sockets, see <code>gUnixConnectionSendFd()</code> and
<code>gUnixConnectionReceiveFd()</code>.
