Sets the model for a <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/GtkEntryCompletion?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::GtkEntryCompletion">GtkEntryCompletion</a></code>. If <code>completion</code> already has
a model set, it will remove it before setting the new model.
If model is <code>NULL</code>, then it will unset the model.
