is <code>NULL</code>, returns <code>TRUE</code> if any tag is toggled off at this point. Note
that the <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/gtkTextIterEndsTag?package=RGtk2&version=2.20.31" data-mini-rdoc="RGtk2::gtkTextIterEndsTag">gtkTextIterEndsTag</a></code> returns <code>TRUE</code> if <code>iter</code> is the
