Sets <code>icon</code> as the widget used as icon on <code>button</code>. If <code>icon.widget</code> is
<code>NULL</code> the icon is determined by the "stock_id" property. If the
"stock_id" property is also <code>NULL</code>, <code>button</code> will not have an icon.
