timeSeriesPanel

A numeric vector giving the current point location.

point

A list of data values for each image at the current point.
Note that, for images of more than three dimensions, there will be more
than one value per image.

data

A character vector of image labels.

labels

A default info panel for <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/view?package=RNifti&version=1.3.0" data-mini-rdoc="RNifti::view">view</a></code>, which shows the labels and
values of each image at the current point, and a panel suitable for
plotting four-dimensional time series images.

Provides very fast read and write access to images stored in the
NIfTI-1, NIfTI-2 and ANALYZE-7.5 formats, with seamless synchronisation
of in-memory image objects between compiled C and interpreted R code. Also
provides a simple image viewer, and a C/C++ API that can be used by other
packages. Not to be confused with 'RNiftyReg', which performs image
registration and applies spatial transformations.
