execute_cmds

Name of the function from the processing library that
should be used.

processing_name

Parameter to be used with the processing function.

params

Environment containing all the paths to run the QGIS API. For
more information, refer to <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/set_env?package=RQGIS&version=0.1.0" data-mini-rdoc="RQGIS::set_env">set_env</a></code>.

qgis_env

Logical which indicates whether to capture the output of the 
command as an <code>R</code> character vector (see also
<code><a rd-options="base" href="/link/system?package=RQGIS&version=0.1.0&to=base" data-mini-rdoc="base::system">system</a></code>.

This helper function constructs the batch and Python scripts
  which are necessary to run QGIS from the command line.


Package RQGIS establishes an interface between R and QGIS, i.e. it allows
the user to access QGIS functionalities from the R console. It achieves this
by using the QGIS Python API via the command line. Hence, RQGIS extends R's
statistical power by the incredible vast geo-functionality of QGIS (including
also GDAL, SAGA- and GRASS-GIS among other third-party providers). This in turn
creates a powerful environment for advanced and innovative (geo-)statistical
geocomputing.
