Creates a copy of a SAGA grid file, optionally overwriting the target file if it already exists. Intended mainly for internal use by RSAGA functions, currently in particular <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/rsaga.inverse.distance?package=RSAGA&version=0.94-5" data-mini-rdoc="RSAGA::rsaga.inverse.distance">rsaga.inverse.distance</a></code>.
