resolveSnnsRDefine: Resolve a define of the SNNS kernel

Description

Resolve a define of the SNNS kernel using a defines-list. All defines-lists present can be shown with RSNNS:::SnnsDefines.

Usage

resolveSnnsRDefine(defList, def)
