	The <code>ChromaResults</code> class stores the results of a <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/ChromaBlocks?package=Repitools&version=1.18.0" data-mini-rdoc="Repitools::ChromaBlocks">ChromaBlocks</a></code> run.  


Tools for the analysis of enrichment-based epigenomic
data.  Features include summarization and visualization of
