plot_sim_surf

This function plots the simulated surface data for a specific simulation from the result of `surf_sim`. It visualizes the linear predictor values on a raster grid along with the actual data points.

Geostatistical analysis of continuous and count data.
Implements stationary Gaussian processes with Matérn correlation for spatial prediction,
as described in Diggle and Giorgi (2019, ISBN: 978-1-138-06102-7).

plot_sim_surf function
