Constructs the filename of the decompressed VIIRS .tif file

Usage

getNlTileTifLclNameVIIRS(nlYearMonth, tileNum)

Arguments

nlYearMonth

the nlYearMonth in which the tile was created

tileNum

the index of the tile as given in nlTileIndex

Value

a character vector filename of the .tif VIIRS tile
