SDMmodelCV-class

This Class represents an SDMmodel model object with replicates and hosts all
the models trained during the cross validation.

User-friendly framework that enables the training and the
evaluation of species distribution models (SDMs). The package implements
functions for data driven variable selection and model tuning and includes
numerous utilities to display the results. All the functions used to select
variables or to tune model hyperparameters have an interactive real-time
chart displayed in the 'RStudio' viewer pane during their execution.

validation.</dd></dl><dt><code>data</code></dt><dd><a href="/link/?package=SDMtune&version=1.1.1" swd'="" data-mini-rdoc="SDMtune::"></a>'>SWD object. Full dataset used to make the
partitions.</dd><dt><code>folds</code></dt><dd>list with two matrices, the first for the training and the second
for the testing dataset. Each column of one matrix represents a fold with
<code>TRUE</code> for the locations included in and <code>FALSE</code> excluded from the partition.</dd>
