stateData

A list containing state specific information on testing systems. Currently the list contains achievement level cutscores and labels for the state assessments, 
assessment name and abbreviation, growth cutscores and labels, information on vertical scaling. The cutscores, in particular, are currently used by the 
<code><a href="/link/studentGrowthProjections?package=SGP&version=0.0-6.5" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="SGP::studentGrowthProjections">studentGrowthProjections</a></code> function to calculate growth-to-standard/projection values by supplying a state's two letter acronym to the argument 
<code>performance.level.cutscores</code>. In the future, this list will expand to include other relevant data about the state assessment system.
Currently, states included in the data set include Arizona (AZ), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Indiana (IN), Maine (ME), Nevada (NV), New Hampshire (NH),
Rhode Island (RI), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), and Wisconsin (WI).

datasets

Functions to calculate student growth percentiles and
        percentile growth projections/trajectories for students using
        large scale, longitudinal assessment data.  Functions use
        quantile regression to estimate the conditional density
        associated with each student's achievement history.  Percentile
        growth projections/trajectories are calculated using the
        coefficient matrices derived from the quantile regression
        analyses and specify what percentile growth is required for
        students to reach future achievement targets.
