Functions for kernel-regression-based association tests including Burden test, SKAT and SKAT-O. These methods aggregate individual SNP score statistics in a SNP set and efficiently compute SNP-set level p-values.

	Each row represents a different individual, and each column represents a different SNP marker.</dd>
 <dt>x1</dt><dd>a numeric vector of continuous covariates.</dd>
 <dt>x2</dt><dd>a numeric vector of binary covariates.</dd>
 <dt>y</dt><dd>a numeric vector of binary phenotypes.</dd>
 <dt>Z.A</dt><dd>a list object of 30 genotype matrices.</dd>
