<dt>Filename</dt><dd>
A unique identifier corresponding to the filename in the SWATH data.
</dd></dl><dt>Condition</dt><dd>
The Condition explains the perturbation performed on this sample.
</dd><dt>BioReplicate</dt><dd>
Number indicating the biological replicate of this sample. 
</dd><dt>Run</dt><dd>
A unique number for each MS-injection. 
</dd>

This package is intended to transform SWATH data from the
OpenSWATH software into a format readable by other statistics
packages while performing filtering, annotation and FDR
estimation.
