Arguments

update, version, years, months, extent, timeout_limit

see download_chirps_monthly.

upscale_grid

To which grid shall we upscale? Needs a data table with lon/lat columns

root_dir

directory where the high-dimensional chirps data would be stored. The upscaled data is then stored in root_dir/upscaled/.
