A <code>SemiParBIVProbit</code> object produced by <code>SemiParBIVProbit()</code>.

It takes a fitted <code>SemiParBIVProbit</code> object produced by <code>SemiParBIVProbit()</code> and produces some diagnostic information about the fitting procedure.
