A <code>SemiParSampleSel</code> object produced by <code>SemiParSampleSel()</code>.

It takes a fitted <code>SemiParSampleSel</code> object produced by <code>SemiParSampleSel()</code> and produces some diagnostic 
information about the fitting procedure.
