pairs,SimInf_model-method: Scatterplot of number of individuals in each compartment

Description

A matrix of scatterplots with the number of individuals in each compartment is produced. The ijth scatterplot contains x[,i] plotted against x[,j].

Usage

Additional arguments affecting the plot produced.
